Perth boy

I eat Asian about 3 days a week and when in Asia every day. Last year I ate Thai for 4 weeks morning lunch and evening.

Thai is my favorite, do you like Asian and if so what are the best places in Perth to eat.

When you say Asian, do you mean Chinese, Thai, Korean etc or just the style??
Some of the cheapest can be the best tasting. In Perth CBD near the train line there is a place called TAKAs that makes pretty cheap but good tasting Japanese food. Then if your hungry for some proper chinese close to what you would eat in China can I suggest Billy Lees in Northbridge. Not sure of their exact address but there is 2 close to each other in the little lanes.
If you happen to be towards Willetton then just off Roe Hwy in Collins street. Good Singaporean food can be found there.
Still hungry?? Then head back to Northbridge on Williams St and look for a place called Viet Hoa for some good tasting Vietnamese noodles and make sure you try the durian smoothie...
Havn`t looked around for a decent Thai resturant yet but been told there is a nice one in Kardinya off South St towards Fremantle.

I used to recommend Ten Ten in Victoria Park but havn`t been for a while and have been told by friends they think the quality has gone done for some reason.

Now your making me hungry you evil man... :violent4:

Saying Asian food is way too broad. It's like saying do you like European.

Each country has their own unique cuisine. Billybones has made some good recommendations. Few I would like to add:

Vietnamese - Pho (noodle soup) at Viet Hoa (William St Perth) & Tra Vinh (Brisbane St perth)
Chinese - Road Duck and pork at Hong Kong BBQ (Lake St Perth)
Japanese - Matsuri (Mt Lawley)

Cannibalism PB? Asian, Thai? They don't taste chewy to you? LoL

I guess you meant food then. Theres a food court above carillion arcade, the stall is called Newton Circus or Circle i can't remember, good chinese food.

Vietnamese food, go to Tra Vinh along Brisbane st next to Dreamland karaoke.

If you like dim sim, Dragon Palace is not bad, Northbridge Seafood restaurant along Roe st is good. The old Frenchy's restaurant along the freeway at Como is now a chinese restaurant, the dim sim there is better i found.

Billy I thought that would get you going. We should go on a road trip in perth soon.

Ten ten cafe on Norma rd Myaree is always good, eastern kitchen in Falcon is worth a trip. As far as Thai well being that I love northern Thai food I just cannot find a Thai place in Perth that sells northern Thai food so just have to keep cooking it myself.

Bit who said I was talking about eating food?

I thought Newton circus is in Singapore

Ahoy, Ohhhh eyyyyyyeeeee, I keep my Asian spices away from my Rum glass, but, Yummy

Love my Asian food! We had some Korean guys up in Karratha take over the dry mess one night and cook up a huge amount of Korean food for us. Awesome! Spicy but just awesome!

Also like saying do you like Asian girls.

I was keeping it broad to get more of a broader Anwser.

Thanks for your response at least now I have some great places to try.

Ever tried Filipino food? Not my favorite but would like to know of some nice place to try again.

Yep. "Asian" cuisine is a pretty broad church.

If you just limit yourself to Chinese you have a couple of dozen different regional styles to choose from and even they vary from place to place. I don't believe anyone could live long enough to eat their way through the whole lot.

We are pretty lucky in Perth to have such a vast range of restaurants to choose from. When I was a young lad it was all steak, chips and eggs and fast food was limited to fish 'n chips or dodgy meat pies and chiko rolls (yuck!!). Some changes are definitely for the better.

LoL...it is in Singapore. This food stall came from underground food court in the city when they existed some many moons ago. Their stir fried stuff is pretty good.

David Jones has a decent food court on the ground flr. Japanese food is not bad there, sushi, noodle. I've always wanted to try the Chinese food there but haven't gotten the chance.

There's also a decent Jap/Korean food place along Barrack St after Orbit, sorta opposite of Taka but not direct.

There's a pretty cramp Chinese restaurant down on parry ave in bateman, food not bad. Some of the chinese restaurants aren't too bad SOR.

I have yet to find a decent place for nice Indian food, such as the roti, naan bread etc.

I like most food bud do appreciated a good Thai meal. There are a couple of decent restaurants around Perth but the Chinese here suvks compared to that in the UK, likewise regarding Indian. I also think Asian women are attractive.
