Do Women Need to Douche?

Most doctors recommend that women do not douche. Douching can change the necessary balance of vaginal flora (bacteria that live in the vagina) and natural acidity in a healthy vagina. A healthy vagina has good and harmful bacteria. The balance of bacteria helps maintain an acidic environment.

Hell no, in fact it can cause more harm then good. Good personal hygiene, with water and maybe mild soap. Even soaps can upset the natural pH of the vagina.

Not vaginally! The vaginal canal itself expels all the bad stuff, so just cleaning the area around with soap and water is fine.
Only time to douche is if you’re doing anal

The Vagina/Yoni has been designed by the great lord himself, to self clean. What a miracle!

Nothing is required to keep her fresh and feeling her best other than water!

Anything disrupting the natural flora balance or PH levels creates issues such as infections, which can then affect discharge, smell etc.

This is also another reason why women are fussy in regards to what goes in or near their vagina. This includes fingers!

Our PH levels are delicate, and only require a tiny cell of dirt etc to be introduced to the area to upset it, and make us uncomfortable and potentially unable to make use of her for periods of time.

So fellas, when a lady says she doesn’t want you to touch her until you wash your hands and have short CLEAN fingernails, please remember this lengthy response as to WHY!
