It's an age restriction that apple have introduced, you need to either have an iPad or log into a PC

From Discord . For you view this server on a apple product, you need to set this adult ios option in your profile

It's called AMP world, you need to setup a discord account search for AMP world and then send message to Dmanager to be invited to join.

Searched for the group on Discord but nothing comes up by that name.

Are you using a apple device..if so you need to change a setting under privacy & safety and switch on age verification. Better still use an Android device or laptop.
