I've had a few clients with disabilities over the years, some have come with their carers and they're all eager to be pleasured. I have seen a few wheelchair gents and my last husband was in a wheelchair for last 2 years of his life.
Can a wheelchair easy access your workplace. Are there stairs or steps.
Is there space for a chair to navigate around furniture including bed so they can safely transfer.
Depending on the reasons they are in a chair many can not have sexual intercourse. So soft sensual massage, kisses, cuddles and oral.
I fully agree with Mary Anne comment about warm towel for clean up.
Treat them the same as you would treat everyone and with dignity and respect

I have been seeing a guy that is quadriplegic with a ventilator and has been like this for 12 years..we have a fantastic connection and I enjoy my time with him very much- no judgements whatsoever! I have a link @Cayla Cream that I will send through where you can apply to see people with disabilities if you have had some experience and they set you up with clients. x

When I was working I seen a few guys with disabilities and they all were lovely! I remember, a regular, who would give you the best wash ever and another young guy who wanted to get married after losing his virginity here! :)

Thank you so much for your time and I hope one of these days you can make it disabled friendly so we can enjoy same benefits has non-disabled customers as as I am I like I'm in a wheelchair and for me to see the ladies I have to get a outcall and we pay so much extra but they are worth it I would never say the ladies are the ones that doesn't want to cater for someone who is a wheelchair but I feel like unfair that it is not disabled friendly and I know that I'm not alone feeling like that

You could try getting your name out there for the disabled ladies of the night............I just don't think they would have a sex drive, I don't think it would work, I just cant imagine...... but you could try..........you might have try stripping if you arent old and aint got it, I dont think girls going for old fat strippers...

I met a lovely man with a quite severe mental health diagnosis, but his love and curiosity for life was so so heartwarming. Very thankful for this line of work introducing me to people of so many types that I can learn from :)

Yeah women helping men makes sense. I can't imagine mentally/disabled impaired women needing/wanting intercourse penetration . Sex drive turned to off. Some would be more likely violent and more up for violence toward a man at times. Give them a baseball bat whilst drunk, see what crosses the mind for some or histories of violence.
