Mmmmm bit lost for words so many things come to mind seeing those boobies or what is left of them. I have visions of them being flung over her shoulder. They could make a cuddly scalf or ear muffs if cold. Nip and tuck or lift? poor titties well and truly sucked dry

We often make cracks about ladies who have breast implants on here But I am sure in the above ladies case reduction and implants would make for a nice if smaller pair of breasts
Unless of course she is happy with them But it does show to me there is a time and place for implants
