I'm DeeTee, an old gamer and a bit of wordsmith.

For 25yrs I've been stuck in a 1v1 on a single map private server. Once had lots of great DLC, but the admin has reverted to plain vanilla. I could live with that if there was a bit of rotation in game mode or the occasional limited time event. But routine gameplay is now a limited time event - and it is straight to the finals, no prelimiary rounds or possibility of extended time. Hard to get invested, especially if you're the one carrying the team. Even worse is when all that work reduces the satisfaction after the finale.

Currently thinking about renting a private server for a bit of fun.

Yeah, I know I could probably ring it in with shorter posts. But that feels lazy.

I know my first post looks like it is meant for a different community's boards. But I hope some saw through the double entendres and got a chuckle.

Anyway, aside from gaming and f**king, I also like lego. Particularly minifigures and the modular city sets.

I was posting lego pics to IG for a while, and I might go back to it one day. Right now, however, I'm considering an adventure of a different sort.
