Dark web

People who are tech savvy and expert in online anonymity even they get in trouble accessing Deep web. It's called dark for reasons as all the criminals and illegal stuff are happening their. So best would be you stick to your own normal public internet. Better not regret after visiting.

Some dark web is invite only... and with the kiddie shit that is happening on it screw that, using it or even looking around the dark web... YOU could be awoken at 4am by big men with guns.... so pass.

look the internet you browse on and commonly used by normal people is only 5% of the entire internet its called the dark web cause its unmonitored in a sense. the dark web makes up the rest of the 95% of the internet. heres a picture for reference

There are many things in the dark web besides paedophiles and drug traffickers. Lots of libertarians inhabit that space. People who value their privacy not because they are hiding anything nefarious, but because they don't want every NGO and webtracking company spying on absolutely everything. As someone who was in Computer Security, i can assure that absolutely everything you do online is tracked, collated, and stored in a database somewhere. Ready to be sold to every person that comes along with a fat wad of cash to buy your information.

Even if you use a VPN, there are trackers that detect what words are used in your posts, how quickly you type certain words, key phrases or flourishes you use. Then they'll track you from here in talking sex, to facebook, to google searches, to twitter, to private messages you send your friends. They know it ALL.

The only saving grace is that most of the time no one cares to track you individually.

I trust NGOs more than government departments
