Been twice. Both times were very mediocre with multiple interruptions due to people walking in. Haven't been back since. Nice enough spacious room and there is a shower facility. Rear entrance which is also very helpful.

very public entrance next door to an extremely popular & busy cafe In a busy location.
my local FWB said it is known by those at the cafe as the new local brothel (her words) so she wonders how long till the neighbour/authorities show even more “interest” in the neighbours activities? Definitely advisable to use any back door.
