Ive had a look of the pics of this working girl and i gotta say im fairly certin she's a post op tranny. If your in any doubt look at the size of her feet .

Women dont have feet that big its not like she's over 6ft tall !!! Also look at the size of her hands !!! Im fairly certain shes a post op
 
I've been to a dinner at which Coco was there.......she has no Adam's apple, does not talk in a "forced" feminised voice and her hands & feet are in proportion to her build (she's tall around 5'10"). She is a beautiful lady and looks better in person than in her pics.

Its been discussed many times on other forums (the old FIA, Australian Escorts, SDU, PP ABabe - although any posts relating to this get removed immediately), and its pretty much concluded from clients who have seen Coco May that she is indeed a post op transexual. Check the other escort forums and you will find the answer to this question has been answered definately by punters who have booked her unknowing she was Post Op.

Now whether you believe that or not, too many clients have had experiences that suggest its true. I know a client who booked her thinking she was a natural born woman, and was rather shocked when he discovered she was not - he left quite disturbed by the incident.

Personally I think everyone has the right to be the gender they believe themselves and feel comfortable being, but I also believe in this industry, one has an obligation to tell potential clients that they were not necessarily born a female.

I have a number of colleagues who I am close with who identify as transgender, and I would say the majority of them also feels it should be disclosed where sexual services are being offered.

I feel that those who are not honest with clients about their original gender are leaving themselves wide open to potentially dangerous situations. Not every bloke is going to cope very well finding out after the fact - some are very comfortable seeing trans workers, and for others its the last thing in the world they would do. There have been sadly many instances of violence against trans workers when a client finds out and freaks out about it - its not unheard of for some trans workers to be savagly beat up later by disguntled clients who were not told.

Farmboy - its very common for transgenders to have surgery to shave down the adams apple, its usually one of the first surgical steps taken and is very commonly done in Thailand. I know a few colleagues going through transition who have had it done. Vocal training is also very common.

hormone theropy can soften the voice and there are operations to shave down the adams apple.

There is nothing wrong with a post-op tranny working as a sex worker so long as he/she identifies herself as such. I have nothing against homosexuals or trannies but am strictly hetero and would not want to engage sexually with one. Anyone booking a visit with a working lady and discovering that he has a tranny on his hands would have every right to be upset and, in some cases, that could lead to violence.
 
I agree with both Amy and svengali It is the right of every one to be who and how they want to be
But second parties have to be informed The last thing we want is Coco May assaulted
and a punter charged over something that could have been avoided by openess
