Just noticed a new massage shop pop up outta nowhere - Orient Therapy Massage right outside cockburn central train station. Anyone has more info? Thought I’d ask before I TOFTT since it’s soo close to my place

This is the refurb of what was known as fabulous Massage centre. Used to have Candy there under one of her other names. Until I see a clear roster I'd take those pics with more than a grain of salt....

I take that back -looking a tthe address it's an entirely different location! I can say with certainty that Fabulous Massage has undergone a major refurb -so that 2 in walking distance of the train station ...

Yeah it’s different to fabulous massage. Haven’t been there in awhile so good to know about the refurb, maybe I’ll go visit soon. Anyone worth recommending?

Havent been for a while. This is their ad. In the first pic Suzzi is more widely remembered as Candy.

Cannot be sure but based on similar google reviews I have a feeling this new shop is related to Pure Essence in Cannington

Noticed this shop last night for the first time, ad says 8.30 close was open at 9.00pm unless they left the lights on to make potenial customers aware there is a new shop open. Definitely not discreet for a daytime visit windows blacked out cant see a .thing
 
I drove past to have a look earlier on, entrance is pretty open and not really discreet. Any idea if there's a back entrance? This place is near me so I'm keen to try it out.
 
It’s a no brainer for me as I walk past it 5 days a week. Best thing about wearing a mask is no one knows you😂🤣. I saw Fiona, photo was of her but maybe dressed up or photo shopped. All the usual extras enthusiastically provided at standard prices. At last an AMP that delivers, not quite TBC but close enough for me👏

So is there a back door? The setup of that centre complex suggests the middle area is open and accessible.
 
Out of curiosity I decided to visit Orient Massage in Cockburn. The shop is new ,only a week or so old and obviously clean and fresh and well presented. After looking on the locanto ad, there are 2 adds although only one seemed to have the girls I saw on it. I messaged the shop and decided to book Amber for the hour. Rolled up to meet a woman who was not as per the photo they had sent me so I was about to walk. They apparently have 2 Ambers , Sueanne came in the room to sort things out and I ended up seeing her. The photos are slightly altered although fairly accurate ( common in most rnt )She is tall and slim and very pretty Chinese with smallish breasts and lovely to talk to. Massage was reasonable, I not really a massage type of person and after a bit of touching and wandering hands on my part we negotiated a few extras to finish the hour. Although she had a bit of trouble handling me she was accommodating and did her best and finished me with a very firm hj which I enjoyed. On arrival I was given a cup of Chinese tea which I thought was a nice touch. Sueanne mentioned to me that Fiona or Yumi would be better suited for me. I will return more than once.
A nice clean establishment with a shower and friendly service. As it is new it was quiet , however I am sure this will change.
 
OK ,these are written together although a day apart in the visit. Dropped in again today to see Fiona, only to be told she was having her period and certain services were not available. Disappointed until Yumi came in and said she can help. A slim slightly older Taiwanese lady with a small but well proportioned body who gave a good massage. After 20 minutes or so turned me over and started the body rub and slide plus light kissing and touching and and a good bj until I decided it was time to get to the main course. I was surprised as to how tight she was and enjoyed the session although could not cum( a problem I have if doing too much everyday punting)
As my time was nearly up she asked if I would like a four hands which I declined. Yumi then offered me to see Fiona for a hj for the standard price without paying for the room. I accepted and Fiona came in again, another very pretty girl and she offered me extras which I again declined because I would rather see her naked when doing a full routine. Again she tried hard to get me over the line and was funny in the process, this also failed to finish me.
I am sure the offer for the free room was to get some money for Fiona as the shop is still quiet and needs to find customers.
I must also add that the friendliness of all 4 girls I spoke with was great and this could become my new local rather than travelling to TBC or Jasmines all the time. Jasmines is 45 minutes away from me.
I will visit again to keep an eye on the other girls and see how things go on later.
 
Saw Fiona tonight after work and enjoyed the service. I would go back soon for maybe four hands will just have to see if my pockets are deep enough

I did a drive by today to see where this place is and yes it is very open, close to the busy train station, other shops with people standing around eating etc.
I couldn't see a back entrance as at the back was merely the car park for the train users.

As far as I know you are correct in that it is a car park for the residents of the apartments. I sometimes wonder if people really look at who is going in and out and what are the chances of someone you know seeing you.

Very slim chance of someone you know seeing you, if you don't live around Cockburn,I would think?

I'm pretty sure the local street surveillance cctv gets a clear shot of that place too ..
 
I actually live in that apartment and there’s a back door but only accessible to residents of the apartment as it’s connected to the carpark. Plus don’t know if I should be saying this but they’ve got 4 cctvs set up (not in the rooms, I had a good look), only noticed because they left the back door open when the cctv guy was setting up the tv in that back room and couldn’t help having a quick peek 😅
