Most people use the hole at the end of your saucepan/pot/pan for hanging the pot. However, it has another use... It can also be used as a holder for your spoon while cooking so it doesn’t drip everywhere

How about the hole in your pasta spoon?
Obviously for straining out water but it also doubles as a pasta measurement tool.. The hole in the center can hold approximately one person’s portion of uncooked pasta

Mine actually goes up and down. But another handy piece of info. That little orange symbol that looks like i thermometer..... well it isnt. it's the tyre gauge....I know that now so all good lol.
