Clarkson Massage | Best Massage Shop | Ainsbury Parade,

I strongly recommend you don't let them walk on your back. You'll need to see a chiropracotor afterwards due to mis-adjustments of your spine.
Yeah I agree with this. Happened to me once at a legit massage place with no extras. She was on my back for about 15 seconds before I told her to stop but it caused like a week of pain for me.

If you're a big guy or have a strong back it might be ok though, but still not worth the risk in my opinion

I know this post is boring and I'm not out to contradict you. But I'm a big guy but not huge, with a strong back from lots of deadlift and my back's been stiff since my back got walked on 6+ months ago. Your spine is sort of fragile and the muscles are relaxed when the walking is done so strength isn't really a factor. I was told by a physio not to let anybody that isn't a chiropractor adjust one's lower back.

You don't have to be worried about contradicting me.

I don't have a lot of knowledge on it but you have a bit of experience with it so I believe you.

My Neurosurgeon told me that the spine isn’t designed to be manipulated, so it all comes down to who you want to talk to.
