Chinese massages or Thai massages, which one works better?

anyone has recommendations on proper chinese remedial massage shops (SOR)? i've always preferred chinese massage but they're pretty much hit and miss, especially when you turn down extras and everything just goes downhill. at least with legit thai you know what you're getting? or is it just me?

I've always had great legit massages at Green Waves in Maddington Central - https://www.maddingtoncentral.com.au/stores/green-waves-massage-therapy. Never asked, nothing ever offered, leave your jocks on.

Chinese massage focuses on specific areas of the body. This means Chinese massage can help target specific health problems like back pain, digestive issues, headaches, or migraines.
Thai massage covers the whole body, targeting physical and mental wellness. Massage experts can use Thai techniques to improve posture, mood, flexibility, energy, and sleep quality.
