if your in a committed relationship and your partner doesn't know... its cheating...
if she knows and is OK with it and lets you.. then your ok.

Well.... the penis is a part of the body, so if you are going to get a whole body massage, why should it be neglected? lol....
So it's not cheating if you are just getting your penis massaged, as just like getting massaged on any other part of the body is feels good.
But if you start doing other things... like touching the girl, and getting FS from here..maybe thats where the line is crossed.
Just looking at this from the Bill Clinton POV... of I did not have sexual relations with that woman...except she sucked me off ... hahaa

Re-read your marriage vows. There is probably something in there about "forsaking all others.............." and you signed on the dotted line in front of witnesses making it a binding agreement.
Unless your lady knows and gives you permission yes, you are cheating.

The massage isn't cheating. I've been for a couples massage with my missus and got a happy ending while she watched.
The cheating part is not telling your partner you are getting sexual relief from outside your relationship.
I'm not judging in any way as I don't know you or your wife (I think!), but if you want your marriage to work, have you tried talking about your needs to her? And if you feel you can't talk to her about this kind of thing, are you sure you're in the right relationship?
