I attended a course with my daughter over the week end It was empowering for her but also reminded me of a few things so this is the first Challenge

Stay positive..........

It is very easy in life to go down the negative path but it takes a lot more effort to stay positive with all the different things that life throws at us.....

Good on you.......these courses make a huge difference to people of all ages.

Thank you Ms Sue for sharing.

I followed the link and it appears to be a very worthwhile course. There is an emphasis on basic values such as respect, self esteem then branching out into bullying etc These values and mechanisms for coping with them are so important in our society today especially for our children.

This is something that the should be taught throughout our secondary high schools even beginning with the basics at the upper primary school level?

Unfortunately the Education Department in Western Australia has forgotten about that and more and more children are being neglected in the system today. and left to face pressures of bullying etc on their own to the point where their self esteem and self worth are at an alarming low.

ok sounds awesome iv got 3 teens and some days i can become the fourth. And yep i so believe in positive mental attitude, unless someone eats MY chocolate that i left in the fridge.

I'm going to remember that course. It sounds really good. Thanks Sue! x
