Cebu or Boracay?

Tagging onto a Manila / Makati trip. Which option to go for? Cebu or Boracay? And the reason for that option?

I've been to Cebu. It is more quieter than Manila but better english speaking locals as there are lots of Koreans go there to study English.
Good for tourist sighting, not sure for punting.

I think better to go Boracay.
