I have leftover Broccoli Garlic & Cauliflower Fried Rice thinking about making somethink new, I decided for making a healthy snack and this is it 
Ingredient :
Leftover Broccoli Garlic (chop or shredded fine)
Leftover Cauliflower Fried Rice
Any cheese you have (shredded or small dice)
Black Pepper for taste
More Garlic (as I am Garlic lover)
Cooking Time :
Preheat oven about 200 celsius. Squeeze extra moisture for veggies, mix well all ingredients. Prepare you tots on the pan, ready to bake for about 25 minutes till it's getting brown. Keep on eyes, don't get overcooked
