It is a POD Property but I'm pretty happy with its quality. Although the apartment is a bit cozy its got a pool and BBQ Area on the roof which is nice during the summer. Plus it's right next to the Cop Shop and a stones throw from the main mall's in Gunners.

Most I was paying rent in Canberra was 900 per week, BUT that was claimed under LAFHA rules, but now they f*****kers in Canberra changed the rules so the most I would pay in Canberra would be 500-600 per week, which is why I mentioned Murrambattmen in a previous post, yes its good living alone can walk around naked, come and go as you like etc etc.. leave Money out which for me is the most important thing and other valuables, plus your food wont get eaten either 10/10 ...

The 1st 48 hours is awesome love that.... Its funny watching criminals think they have got the cops on the back foot then in comes some CCTV footage and the crim says I would like to call my Lawyer..

I love the shows about the investigation... there is another one where guys go in and clean crime scenes..

It's not that terrible. Lived with a young working professional once, he just kept to himself and stayed in his room most of the time. Best roommate ever.

Just remember even if you keep to yourself, be prepared to have all your snacks stolen. :-(
