Yes. But there are stupid people who will reply when they are contacted either by email or the phone. Better not to contact these kinds of advertising. If the advertising is legit it should have a phone number to contact on the ad. . Yes. ?? .

If I'm drunk and bored I have messaged obvious scam/bot ads, they will either ask for your email, ask you to email them or send a link to click and fill in a form. If you don't do any of that then there's no info to glean other than Locanto username.
