I don't think so. I just think her right thigh in that picture looks strange because of her positioning and it's tensed up or something. Her left thigh (which in that same picture is relaxed), looks perfectly normal.

Powerpoint is a program so I assume you mean power point. The only power point visible in any of the pictures can't be seen properly because an adapter is plugged into it so you can't see the electrical outlet socket shape and orientation. Because of this there is no way of saying definitively that it isn't Australian.
