Brothel Rapist Convicted

Should be instant deportation. He should not still be here in Australia at our expense. Incident was 2018 why did it take to end of 2019 to convict the creep? Pig of a man 😡

Unfortunately the court system across Australia is clogged up - hence why cases can take 12 months or longer to make it to trial, especially if the alleged perpetrator pleads not guilty at the plea hearing.

Pre-sentence detention in Victoria is what we in WA call custody, so obviously he was refused bail or didn't have enough money to be on bail. But I gather as he was on a working visa, he was refused bail due to being a possible flight risk.

When I was working as a Hotel Manager in Darwin quite a few years ago, I had a similar incident happen in the hotel with an escort and a US sailor who was off a ship visiting Darwin. The sailor was arrested by the NT Police and after spending the night in the lock up, he was transferred over to the US military police where justice would be quicker and the punishment more severe. From what the NT police told my General Manager, the sailor would be confined to the ship and once it reached San Diego he was dishonorably discharged and also given a custodial sentence.

35 years in prison of copping the same thing, then upon release deportation back to where ever he came from.. Hopefully someone in Prison does the work the Justice system can not.

He raped her at her work place, which is even worse.

Great Post!

I thought there was some sort of duress system to get these thugs off the girls when they get heavy handed.

This happened in Victoria, where the rules of this industry were wrote by parlor owners themselves, hence the no INCALL law, which always puts private ladies into harm's way each and every booking they do, the client has the upper hand in Victoria, and also the SWA licence number really is a nice way to keep track of where ladies live, there real name etc etc... The client remains anonymous to all but the Private escort people know her real name due to SWA Govt rules.

IMHO No male should be able to own/operate a Parlor anywhere in Australia. And the Draconian Victoria laws need to change.

Isn't the boardroom owned by a male also top of the town I have heard a lot of males own and have shares in massage parlours.

My opinion...the rapist should be severely flogged in prison for an unacceptable behaviour like this...
If only capital punishment was still around. I don't think allowing violence in the prison solves anything. Locking people up for crimes and then allowing them to commit them whilst incarcerated just send the wrong message.

I wouldn't rely on the US military for justice for their own, so many examples of the wet lettuce treatment. For example in one episode, most of the soldiers in Vietnam that were court martialed for killing innocent citizens including babies and raping the women (some very much underage) did not receive a sentence, just a dishournable discharge. The main perpetrator served only a few months of detention before freed.
