I think if he wants you to leave the industry, and you are willing to do this to be with him, then you should prepare yourself for the reality of normal work and average wages. He won't be able to support you for ever and you should be realistic and honest about both persons expectations.

Trust is a very big part of any relationship
Work is work and as long as its kept out of WL personal life with her partner then I can't see the problem
But saying that if he is the right guy then no harm in trying it out for a while as you can always go back to working if its isn't working out.

Also he should be open to trying out being part of your life, work and all.
