See in the paper last week A racehorse owner named his galloper after Australian painter Charles Blackman But after ONE complaint has been notified it must now be changed Yet a horse was recently running around with name of Black and bent But that is OK

My quibble is if the horse was called Whiteman would there be a complaint I dont think so
