I actually dont mind some shops being in the open (im single so i wouldnt care if a mate saw me). if someone walks in just before me then i can send a text to see if my appointment is still available or if the coast is clear.

Just because some shops are hidden more then others, still doesnt mean the coast inside is clear, which is more important to me.

Its also a carpark. Where on occasion, zero people will be around in the exact moment you walk in if you time it well.

Its nothing like Foxys or Footcare where you have a highway driving past with every car besides yours a customer instead of a gym goer with no interest in your whereabouts
