There is another thread on here somewhere with a little more info but not as to why its being closed. The local Post newspaper reports Sakura and a Vape shop are to be closed. The owner who has poor english put the reporter in touch with their lawyer. Further in the article it says "there have been complaints" but not the nature of them.

It’s a mixed use building. Sakura clients need to pass the entrance and then various shop/office frontages. It’s very exposed. The vape shop never opened. Nipped in the bud beforehand.
Interesting that Suby is blessed with many parlours. All seem to be operating. So far!?
