• Sheet pan fajitas are made by roasting chicken, peppers, and onions together before wrapping them in tortillas.
• Quick chickpea curry consists of canned chickpeas mixed with coconut milk and spices and served over rice.

These tips are gold! I especially like simple pasta with garlic and olive oil — fast, tasty, and comforting. Also, chickpea curry is such a genius idea for a healthy, quick dinner. Can’t wait to make it!

I have to say having a slow cooker is brilliant for us, soup, stew, corned Silverside, roast etc Put it on, go run errands/work and dinner is already cooking I will post up some recipes

I loved your cabbage fritters recipe! Had it after 12 am , and the Smashed Egg Toast was just as delicious. Can’t wait to make it for my daughter — she’s an egg lover!
