Yeah, anything you say or do can be taken the wrong way.

I booked this lady years ago and she gave instructions for where to park and how to enter her house and all these things - I don't remember why but from memory I was struggling to find a good place to park even with her instructions so I texted her to give her a heads up and she almost cancelled my booking.

I was just thinking to myself whoa relax, I'm still coming, I'm not messing you around.

So yeah she might just be impatient in general.
