I have seen her half dozen times 3 for FS but took a couple of visits , gym fit body would be early 30's however I am not that good at guessing ages lol, so she may be younger.

Hey guys, just wanted to give my opinion and not giving advise for or against seeing her. I'm assuming there's only one girl working, I walked in and saw a resemblance to the first pic but she did seem more viet than Thai from looks and accent. For younger girl around 30 massage was good and prices for hr and topless as stated in ad. Definitely more beautiful and youthful girls out there at better amps.she's a bit more 'normal' looking for example wearing a tshirt and jeans instead of a short skirt or bum shorts

Where's the younger hotter girls, I can't find ANY in Perth compared to Melb or Syd
 
Probably won't find much if comparing to Melbourne or Sydney but a few amps in Osbourne Park and subiaco massage do have girls that are more sexual, with girls up to their 30s. Tbc, aquanature also have good options South of the river generally cuter and give better services with repeat visits
