From an Adelaide perspective. Boobs are more socially acceptable to put out there.
A low cut jacket buttoned at the navel is very classy. A halter top on a summer dress is sexy and flirty.
You cant do the same with a ass unless you are at the beach with a G-String bikini.
The closest to ass flirting is at Mt Lofty on a saturday or sunday morning the girls run to the the top of Mt Lofty in their
work out gear and take fitness selfies.
 
Interesting doco on SBS about boobs.
Guys have been trained by Playboy and Penthouse that pornstar boobs are so erogenous that one touch and the girl will orgasm in your arms.
In the doco the female host did a feather test on topless women lined up in cup size from A - G.
The girl with the G size boobs could barely feel any effect, where as the A cup girl became instantly aroused.
I concur that cleavage with a pretty dress is a great look plus the bra less tee shirt look on an an A, B C is fantastic but anything above a C cup is more for show and the girls end up with bad backs.
