Ahoy;- Your idea is not a silly one, they certainly have the lounges and the women.
One major hurdle would be the girl`s showing their faces. Cam-Girls need to show there faces and interact to the Camera.
They could have dance parties on Cam, or lounge parties and make tips just for chatting.
