Would be great if the roster was put up daily . All good putting a heap of photos of girls but how do we know when they work !! Or have I missed something where it is ?

I went there once, the picture wasn't fake but around 20 years old, a lot can change in 20 years:( also really ticks me off when you're part way into it and they tell you it's the wrong time of the month
I have a sort of spreadsheet where I jot down when "she who has to be paid" has her time of the month. Mind you she seems shitty at me a lot more often nowerdays...I know when she's pissed at me when the starfish treatment comes out.
 
Went there once but just did the old tyre-kicking routine. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 carports. It was built in 1963 got sold for $1 million in 2007. Hasn't displayed much growth since really considering it sold for $1.3 million in 2017. Probably more now, but I wouldn't classify it as a keeper.

840 CANNING HIGHWAY, APPLECROSS has a land size of about 1107sq m and is zoned R40/R60 – Residential& semi commercial which makes it okay for consulting or office purposes.

It's one and a half storeys but next to a busy road so I'd choose not to live there but to each their own.

If you like the convenience, there's McDonald’s, Woolworths Supermarket, medical centre, petrol station, bus stop and train station all within walking distance. And then there's the Swan River but it's not a particularly short walk from the residence for my money.

You could do the old detonate and renovate and there's potential to build a possible 4-5 new lots. That's about as much intel I can provide.

That's cos Google went to the pub called the Leopold and had a few. After that it had its beer Googles on! After that Google was feeling 'ungry and looked for a petrol station and it was far away. 'ow far away was it? It was so far it was a Highway to Shell!

Finally Google made it there and everything was so expensive! So Google changed 'is name to Frugal. It was the talk of the town and it appeared in the local paper - The Bugle.
