I've moved recently and looking around for some close to home fun. Does anyone know anything nearby worth checking out in Armadale or kelmscott areas? Or any suburbs close by

Who knows, perhaps better options, but Burswood is not really too close to Armadale.

I think Burswood is probably just as close to Joondalup as it is to Armadale.

Presume you mean from Langtrees, not Kolkata.
In which case, yes, Burswood is a little closer for them to travel.
