Hi all I’m Ely and have been in Perth for almost 7 months now and am getting desperate for a rental of my own. If anyone knows anyone that has a rental I’m after a house 3 bed, 1 bath, lockable garage and low maintenance yard and allows pets. I don’t have pets, but maybe in the future, long term lease of 10+ years would be great and doesn’t care if I work from the property. I can afford $700 easy. That’s 2 1 hour bookings for me per week and that covers rent easy. The property has to be within a 10 minute drive from the Perth CBD, I can’t do house sharing and need the place to myself.
