I had a poor waxing experience here because I came at night and she only just started warming up the wax machine but still offered to wax me. The wax wasn’t fully heated, she kept pulling too hard, and I had to stop the session halfway through.


She seemed to feel bad, and when I asked for hand relief she agreed without saying anything, but later added $50 to the final total. So yes, I got extras, but it could be ymmv.
