There are just a few simple rules to follow....

  1. Use a condom...
  2. Use lube...
  3. At the very least, take a courtesy dump... Preferable douche BUT not immediately before anal sex... allow a few hours between.
  4. Use a condom...
  5. Use lube...
  6. Don't be nervous... just enjoy the sensation...
  7. Use a condom...
  8. Use lube...

Even if this person is someone you know, use a condom... unless you know for sure they are clean and clear of all diseases and totally monogamous....

Even then.....
  • Do NOT go from anal to vaginal sex without some scrubbing of the male appendage and surrounding areas...Even when using condoms... (even using a fresh condom...)... Bacteria is rampant in the anus, and isn't very healthy for the vagina... it can cause some painful problems....
  • Ass to mouth... your choice.... but quite risky as far as viral infections / bacterial infections go.... besides, not the best taste in the world... take it from my bad experience...
