I have always been curious about anal sex. I once had a partner who made me comfortable enough to try it ONCE, but I am too afraid to try it again as I have heard horrible tales of what happens to your body later on.....could I get the truth about doing the "greek" thing?

For myself, it's an exit, not an entry.

But then again, I've also had quite a few bad experiences and as yet am not willing to go down that road. It's also probably the reason why I don't really enjoy sex with guys much at all - once you've been burned, it's hard to forget and enjoy.

The only thing I can say is be damn careful. During my studies, I found that if you're ripped, the lining of the rectum can only really heal itself twice. So as perthminx said, use lots and lots and lots and lots of lube for the first few times.
 
I absolutely agree with minx. Took the words right out of my mouth, hon! When I tried it for the first time we didn't even know to use lube, I wasn't relaxed; quite the contrary, I was all tensed up. And there wasn't any of what I think is essential now which is lots of foreplay until I'm so hot I really want it. You need to have trust in your guy, too. I think I was worried about the cleanliness aspect the most, minx and I did think it might involve an enema. *shudders* But I think those porn stars are going too far. If it is a medical fact that there's no shit in the anus until you're just about to go..........and I think it is.........then why go to all that trouble?

Myself, I prefer to go to the bathroom sometime before anal and then shower just before sex, which I like to do anyways.

Thought I would throw in my 10 cents worth, being a female who has anal sex a few times a week.
