You can't compare two completely different things...
Depends what mood I AND my partner ( makes a big difference to me anyhow) are in.
 
I think anal requires a lot more trust and communication between partners because it's a lot easier for the girl to get hurt. I'm not a huge fan of it but a lot of people I know absolutely love it as long as they're relaxed and comfortable.
