I lived on the street, over 10 years ago.

It is a fantastic spot, especially when Neil Diamond was playing at the stadium.

The community with YWAM, is extraordinary.

The people are what makes the area.

Looking at it as a property, I sold double the land area for 1 million, 10 years ago.

If it sells for more, I would be gobsmacked.

Yes, I agree. I was responding to the person who seemed to be suggesting agents were just being difficult. For once I think they're actually just being clueless rather than mendacious.
I wasn’t saying all agents are being difficult liars.
Straight up agents meaning - if you offer X amount you will have a deal. Maybe 1 in 10 agents will give you a figure to work with.
As I said it’s a sellers market so they can deploy whatever tactics they wish.
They know the market value but I totally agree it’s anyone’s guess what someone is willing to pay and they should get the best price for their clients.
It’s just very frustrating being an active buyer at the moment when agents are being so aloof

At the moment value are changing so rapidly it's actually pretty difficult for anyone to know what the market value is, hence why listing as "offers" has increased so much.

Anyway, defending REAs, what's the world come to.

I had to look up what a YWAM was. It's a bible college or something.

Youth with a mission... church's in the US send students/missionary's and pay YWAM for the privilege...they used to own about 10 houses in the area, and house the students, until they built the church.

All the houses where run down and nearly condemned. The housed about 10 students in 2/3 X ones.

I’m actively dealing with agents to purchase properties and there’s all types good and bad
Anyway. Have you guys heard of Facebook?
