Did anything ever come of this?
My word of advice is if any workers have encountered any of these things. Report to the organization that oversees the laws in your state.
I know this may seem very scary and overwhelming. I have taken a few ladies to get help and initiated meetings. Sex Industry Network should be in most states of Australia too.

Thanks U 💯 miss Monique,
It's always helpful hearing from U gals
I kinda isolated from it as an indpendant who 100km away from Perth

This is a US/foreign organisation, so ignores Australian law. It ignores the power of any Australian consumer to demand a tax invoice*, find somebody's true name and ABN, and be vexatious. It may also ignore bits of Australian consumer/ trade practices law that are far stronger than US law. E.G.: https://www.kotaku.com.au/2020/12/gamers-are-lucky-to-live-in-australia/

Has the industry in Australia organised something that can mediate disputes so irrational/aggrieved consumers are diverted from legal processes (such as ACCC or small claims courts) that require true names? This may just need somebody adulty to have a chat so irrational customers can realise they're irrational, or they might recommend a business gives a refund.

^ That has to be some kind of horrible joke!!

You have zero legal authority to investigate many of those crimes listed.

You should simply say: Go to the police.
