If a business engages in misleading/deceptive conduct then it can get very expensive if an aggrieved customer or competitor chooses litigation. Although customers' losses from false advertising should be avoided if customers always meet and see ladies before paying, we can still report concerns to the ACCC. If AI is used to generate false images that are used to induce customers, and the images are not obviously false to reasonable* customers, it's false advertising. I'd recommend never risking fooling Australian consumers with AI.

The photo to videos is very clever. I havent had much to do with AI yet but my view is similar to Phoebe.
Fake or outdated photos are very common in this industry.
Thats why forums like this are popular. If your images are misleading you will be called out at some point in public, and even if you do try and change your name, that reputation will follow you, and your business will suffer.

Old photos can be aged. If I were a working girl with good images 10 years ago and added them to an AI system, it could add the 6 kilos I put on and age me by 10 years to be very realistic. AI used properly could do some incredible things for clients and the girls. I will ask all my girls to add in the About You section that they have used AI images.

Interesting timing about image altering. We are in a short term rental in Stirling pending our house being finished. Met the lovely neighbour doing the gardening about a month ago.Had a nice chat. Quite an older Fillipino lady whose husband died a few years ago. At that time she had no make up, her hair was long but mostly grey. Shabby dress, saggy body. My estimate was 65 plus. But a lovely person.
She popped over this week and met my wife at the door seeking help about a letter she had from the government.
Hair was now jet black and styled, dress was tight fitting, lots of attention to make up and I seriously didnt recignise her. On face value you would say in her 40s. But I knew what was behind all that.

Maybe I am too old school here and i could be wrong.. I agree with all what you say, However I summarize Ai's usage in this game only as this..
If said gentleman is willing to hand over $500 plus dollars for hour or entertainment then the lady he is coming to see who he only has seen online images of , then those images of her/body/face if she allows it to be seen. then should be 100% genuine. <--- I hope to all the working ladies who read that that comes over all okay, if not please advise.

ourselves and the client. It would, however, be a great way to see how you can pose, what kind of outfits might work well and what kind of makeup will look good. I think it'll be a good tool in which you can use alongside your natural self.

This is really the best way to leverage AI - custom content tailored to your clientele/fanbase's desires. Whatever content your clients ask you for, you could charge a premium to give them an AI generated version of whatever they want for their spank bank. I think the value proposition on this aspect is much more profitable than using AI to generate promo materials.
I am not about charging, I am about ladies taking charge of their own destinies. A good profile can bring 100 calls/sms a week, a bad one with photos that don't attract the eye will only get 10 phone calls/SMS a week.
