So the surgeon managed to put in a 23ml valve this time instead of the smaller 21ml so I'm sure I'll be much healthier & normal this time around.
The op has knocked me around a fair bit this time, usual things like walking & then getting your breath back takes getting used to, put on 10 kilo during the op, so carrying excess fluid swollen up everywhere, feel like a truck hit me then reversed back over me, but I'm so grateful to be alive. Many thanks for all the support you have given me again, recovery will be slow.

All the best Snowy. Your post-op is similar to mine. Take it steady but do the exercise buddy. It is tough but it will help heal you so much quicker.
