Stephie's has had good and not good reviews and is apparently good at the moment. Given my limited experience I will probably be quite happy and will report back after the experience happens. Staff described seem predominately Caucasian with Jaya being the only non-European name listed.

That's great mate if you can post a genuine review. Just so you know some of the profiles on here have been ghosted from inactive accounts and pretend to be in Australia but are in India to pump up the tyres of advertisers on Langtrees.com. While I have no problem with them promoting the advertisers on here after all Mrs L sponsors this site. When they give reviews for places they have never been to it is just dishonest and detracts from the site. Eventually the forum will just be one big advertisement full of fake reviews. Sorry for the rant but I will call out the bullshit when I see it!

I have been pondering the question of what is a genuine review and how can I do this in a way that is comfortable with my ethical grounding.
There is always a question for me of, 'Is it true, is it necessary, is it kind?'

As a teen and beyond there was much in the way I treated women - primarily objects for my own sexual satisfaction - that I deeply regret. Now in my late 60s with a couple of stents and blood pressure meds, I don't function as well as I used to, though that wasn't too hot anyway.

These days my pleasure is more about 'relationship in the moment' and each relationship in the moment will be unique and involve two people negotiating much in a very short time.

In all honesty, the only reviews I can provide are on my experience and my part in that experience, not judging another and broadcasting that to the unbounded world. I had a couple of months on Punters Planet so know what expectations exist and saw enough variety in the responses to the same woman to know each persons experience is uniquely theirs and is relational and not usually other determined.

I would be interested in others perspectives on this.

Punters Planet is a very different site to this one.

Some of the reviews on there are very graphic and sometimes very disrespectful to the working ladies.

As long as you can pass on honest information it should be fine.

I am a similar vintage to you and try to be respectful as long as I get respect back.

Not every punt is successful as you know and YMMV.

@Whiskey You summed it up well in your comment: 'Is it true, is it necessary, is it kind?'.

Remember this is a public forum that anyone can join and read so anything posted could end up being read.

As Talkinsex grows in popularity it goes further to the top in search engines so without a doubt anyone could find, join and read.

So yes write reviews keeping in mind your comment above and that it’s in a public domain.

I was on Punter Planet all of two days, enough to know it’s not for me.

Correct which is why I threw that in the link too. Talkinsex promotes Safe Sex Practice for a healthy industry.
The forum set up an auto correct feature that recognises text then replaces with ā€œYou Are Sillyā€.
Those new to the forum may be confused by it.
Like me, some may be slightly puzzled with the quite agreeable 'promoting safe sex' mantra - then see numerous threads (and perhaps not all started by punters) of 'girls on top', or 'moments of glory' or whatever that seem to suggest the complete opposite is acceptable.

Rather contradictory, and please don't take this as a complaint - I do read all these threads and posts.
One does not want to miss anything on here, and may have to revisit for a 7th reading just to make sure.

What is the URL for punters planet cause I have used it several times I did not like the look & feel ?

Thanks @Chanelle I have no desire to be 'Louie the Fly', 'spreading disease with the greatest of ease'. Here is a link to a one minute Youtube video from 1957 for the youngsters here.

Quite correct looking through the forum it would appear contradictory. I see the promotion of ā€œSafe Sexā€ as with in the industries of AMPs, Brothels, Swingers Clubs, Privates etc. It does appear confusing.

Some establishments I’ve had girls try to stealth remove the condom for whatever reason. I always check now.

So to change the subject somewhat, below is the link Stephie's in Adelaide. There is a description of a massage, a price of $230 for an hour, and then in the FAQ, to the question, "Are there any hidden extras?" The response is, "The price you pay is for a nude, full body, erotic massage with a body slide."

How do I interpret this? Here is the link:

I’m unsure of the laws in SA but definitely appears to be a brothel and any extras would only be discussed behind closed doors. I’d say other services would be available possibly like AMPs.

It is currently illegal but there are active moves to change that. There are a whole range of offenses related to sex work but the relevant one here is:

A 1996 court appeal ruled that a nude Thai massage (another term for a body-to-body massage or body slide) was intended to provide lewd or sexual gratification, and the premises where it took place was, therefore, a ā€˜brothel’ (Begley v SA Police [1995] SASC 4995). Over the years, erotic massage workers and business operators have regularly been targeted by police and charged with a range of sex work offences.

And for the seriously curious, here is a link to the Scarlet Alliance website listing the offences possible: https://scarletalliance.org.au/laws/sa/
