I messaged the number on their ad yesterday afternoon, and was told Ambassador Hotel in Adelaide Terrace, a known b&s address. So I asked them about 82 Leach Hwy and they didn't know, said 36 Manning Road Cannington. Sent me a pic of some absolute hotty which there was no way I was getting for the advertised prices, so I declined.
