A laugh on my behalf

Sooo I’ve spent the last little while collecting medical tests, Specialists with faces saying words like autoimmune, inflammatory markers, more testing ect ect.

Somewhere between emergency hospital trips, my heart racing like it’s late for work, fatigue like Im 93 and and lungs forgetting about their job description — the best position is:

Flat on your back.

Legs elevated.

Calm. Still. Supported.

Yes.

Legs. In. The. Air.

And I just lay there thinking, Well. This feels familiar. Haha

So until the tests come back, the answers arrive, and my body stops auditioning for chaos — I’ll be resting responsibly.

On my back.

Legs elevated.

Just following doctor’s orders.

Honestly?

Best work position I’ve ever had!!

I can totally relate, eXcept no one is paying me for laying flat on my back with legs elevated, mores the pity ;)

If you sleep on your back you have bad dreams because lying on your back causes you to partially suffocate. Sleeping in the foetal position you will meditate instead of sleeping.

Women are like Pianos... if they are not upright they are grand....

If you snore you should probably get tested for sleep apnea. Especially if you're over weight. As far as I know. I'm no expert.

Sleep apnea test is just a disc the size of a 50 cent piece stuck to your forehead for a night that is linked to an app on your phone. You put the disc on your forehead before you go to bed not at the pharmacy. Well the sleep apnea test I did was a 50 cent piece sized disc. I stopped breathing 80 times an hour without sleep apnea machine. Which is severe sleep apnea. The worst a sleep apnea machine seller has seen was 140 times an hour the person stopped breathing. Your local pharmacy probably does sleep apnea tests for like $100-$150. A wow fact is I stopped breathing for 1 minute 30 seconds+ at one point during the sleep apnea test.
