A.C.T to legalise sex work

What do you think. Should there be national legislation rather than state legislation for sex workers. Thoughts/ comments.

It would be extremely difficult to get national legislation up because under the constitution these sort of regulations are State matters. To get national legislation you would need agreement by every State and the Federal Governments and then the States to either confer their powers to the Feds or enact State legislation that mirrors every other State. Good luck with that.
