What we can offer you: There are currently two open positions. One position is for Saturday and Sunday, and the second is for 4 shifts per week between ^ am and midday—generous $$$ for the right people.

Our current cleaners do a marvellous job, but we've been so busy we need the extra staff. They are all from Laos, so they understand Thai as well, looking for reasonable English speaking skills, and a bonus would be a younger person who knows how to use translators

We need you to have a Visa that allows you to work 24 hours per week and the ability to clean to 4-star hotel standards.

Employing direct, as opposed to an agency/contract cleaners is a good start. I deal with contract cleaners in my professional life and it can be hard work.

Having said that, cleaning is a hard gig!! - keeping standards, keeping to timeframes etc. Cleaning is a very much under appreciated service. No one notices when it’s done well, but as soon as it’s not……

I’m currently staying at Bunker Bay Resort and I have to say the cleaning of the rooms is not great, not terrible either, just a lot of one preventers are missed. Unfortunately I notice these things due to my job.

I concur with Vader .. good cleaners are undervalued by almost every business IMO .. and difficult to come by.
Poor/OK cleans makes a huge difference to how it feels in any place.
and given we are all professional quality critiquers ..
