Just putting it out there for any mistress or Independent Worker who needs an empty unit to work from or to get away and sleep for a day to recover. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, balcony, bathroom. The suburb is Villawood Sydney right on the corner of woodville road, Easy and quick drive to sydney CBD due to the M4 is just up the road, Shops, servos, McDonald's and other fast food places are only a few minutes walk.
I won't lie, Villawood isn't the prettiest or best of areas and most apartments blocks were built in the 80's but the unit itself has new carpet and new paint, I'm getting a heavy duty lock installed and a metal door installed infront of front door for that extra piece of mind.
