I've always tried to be cautious,
I have had 4-5 previous experiences with receiving money using PayID or bank transfers and these have usually gone fine.

However, in this past week there has been issues twice.
They confirm via text message to pay by card, but once you arrive they say they can't find their wallet and ask to use PayID. The problem is, once you rave, they contact their bank and report it as a fraudulent transaction and cancel the payment.

I am sharing this hoping others don't get scammed like I was. They seem to set up security measures or find loopholes that allow them to contact their bank and claim the charges are false, so they can cancel them and get their money back. Be warned because having a receipt isn't enough in the banks eyes to prove the transaction is valid.

Technically I think that could be perceived as rape. Similar threads have been put on TS before of a worker being ripped off by non payment or fraudulent payment.

I have had many try and use PAY ID on arrival it's a big no, I would rather turn them away and miss out on the time booked than risk providing a service that's not paid for.

Like you I offer many payment methods so there isn't really an excuse on their behalf.

I've had quite afew turn up with less money and the atm was broken bla bla but I should just provide said service anyway because they are there and I wouldn't get another client in that time, out of principle I would rather they left it's immoral and rude.

When the payment denied letter came back I asked them for his full name and address as I had to report it to the police for statutory rape. Surprise, surprise, they paid the next day. Try it, it works and is legal.

I have no sympathy for that client, but I do wonder what you mean by "legal", XLPP.

(1) If you mean that what he did amounts to the legal definition of statutory rape, then no it doesn't. Statutory rape is sex with a person under the age of consent.

If he had intended right from the beginning not to pay, then you could argue that any sex that followed was rape (because it was obtained by fraud or deception). But you say he changed his mind afterwards because he was unhappy with what he got (even though it was his fault). That's certainly breach of contract, but it is unlikely to be rape ("sexual penetration without consent" under the WA Criminal Code).

Not only that, you say he couldn't get it up; so it doesn't look like there was any actual penetration anyway. So no rape.

(2) If you mean it is legally OK to fraudulently claim it was statutory rape in order to get the payment back; well no, that's a crime under the WA Criminal Code. So maybe don't try this at home folks.

Greater safety and support, I feel, would be to work in an establishment.
There are pros and cons for both but the most importance is safety and support.
Punters may well benefit from the cheaper service of a private but is it the safest environment for the lady?
Just my honest opinion and tried to respectfully share.

They work privately so that what they earn is all there's . Not having to pay the establishment saves them . But like you said it could be safer but how many managers would chase up a non payment .
