After some consideration, I have decided to make a post of appreciation. An ‘Ode to Sex Work’ if you will.

This industry attracts a myriad of workers from all walks of life, who enter this industry for all sorts of reasons.

Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to meet some amazing women through my work. Some like myself are coming from a DV situation, and as such I was coming from a mindset of low self esteem, lacking any financial stability or self worth.

Becoming a Sex Worker has provided me with the ability to rebuild myself as a person in so many ways. It has taught me so much about myself, the world and people, and I will always be grateful to this industry for that.

The sisterhood that exists within this industry amongst peers is unlike my experience in any other working environment. I know that when I eventually leave this industry, I will depart with life long friends.

So let’s raise a glass to the Adult Industry!

Thank you for allowing me to find myself again, and bring me so many positive experiences and relationships through my time here.

(If you have the time, why not comment on what being a sex worker means to you too).

Lots of love, Nina x

I love this (and you) so much!!

Being a sex worker means ultimate freedom to me. I love having full control of my life, when I work and how I run my business. It also means a lot about learning to love myself and teaching others they can do the same.
I am forever grateful for the people I’ve met along the way. ❤️

This is such a beautiful post ❤️ you gorgeous human being xx.

Being a sex worker for me is about exploring my sexual identity and curiosity’s that had been suppressed for so many years. It has also provided me with a keen self assurance and financial freedom that I could never experience in any other industry.

I’m incredibly grateful for the job and friendships made along the way and I will always Cherish them.🥰🥰

I can relate to your post so much as if it was written by me!

Pretty much the exact same reasons, the confidence I have found from within since entering has been huge, I am still my own worst critic but people come back so I can't be so bad 🤣🤣

What I love the most is building relationships with peers and with clients that I never expected and cherish so much! I've been blown away by the generosity from clients since starting and also the genuine care and love from peers.

Xx

Thanks so much to each and every one of you who have taken the time to share your individual experiences by commenting on my thread.

It is always interesting for me to learn what the experience is of my fellow peers through our work, and I look forward to more peers hopefully feeling inspired to share their experiences here too 😊
