What a surprise,another spin bowler. Another POS. Surely uber can stop these people from working for them after a couple reports or investigating them.
 
Not trying to take sides or anything....but has it been conclusively proven that he did all of that with charges laid....or are we still going by word of mouth on social media....?

Charged doesn't mean he's done it. Sometimes hearsay is enough to charge someone. Then its up to the person to defend themselves from that

He won't get charged for what he's alledgedly done. It's serious misconduct and he'll be barred from driving uber.

The police charge you with the alleged offence.

From there, the prosecution decides whether the charge should proceed, be upgraded, downgraded or withdrawn, depending on the evidence.

The prosecution and defence then argue their case, and in the Magistrates Court, the magistrate makes the decision.


Juries generally come into play for more serious matters heard in the District or Supreme Court.
 
I’ve seen this doing the rounds on TikTok and Instagram too. Definitely worth being aware of, especially when you’re travelling alone or after a late shift. Even if you haven’t personally had an issue, it’s better to stay alert and trust your gut if something feels off.

There’s been plenty of young girls reporting and experiencing his disgusting behaviour.
Unfortunately, uber does not care about their users safety.
Like me and other users I have experienced taxis 🚕 and other ride shares drivers disgusting 🤮 behaviour. They don’t do anything unless something very bad happens.
 
I read somewhere or maybe it was on the tv news that the average person would be surprised how often taxi drivers get offered sexual acts as compensation for not paying.
